Legal Counsel for Debt Collection

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiates judicial debt collection procedures against debtors;
• Requests legal actions from bailiffs in enforcement cases against company debtors to collect receivables;
• Provides legal assistance regarding the implementation of judicial debt collection procedures for employees and debtors of the company;
• Represents the company before bailiff services, Ministry of Interior departments, state and municipal authorities;
• Assists in obtaining documents from judicial authorities;

Competencies related to job performance:

• Higher legal education and acquired legal qualification;
• Experience in judicial debt collection and enforcement will be considered an advantage.
• Very good computer literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Ability to independently solve cases;
• Loyalty and high sense of responsibility;
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines;
